TOS for Designs (Custom and Adopts)

・ You, the Buyer/Client, will be expected to first read my TOS. By purchasing my services you agree on all following conditions.・ I will refuse your sale if you do not read and / or follow these terms.・I reserve the right to decline any sale. I may do so with or without elaborating the reason to the buyer or commissioner.・ I will decline you if you use generative AI, whether as your banner or profile pic and the like as I am against AI.

・ I only design the characters and outfits. I don't make vtuber models or pngtubers.・ Any form of harassment, bribing, or bargain attempt for prices is not tolerated and may result in a blacklist. My prices are final and non negotiable. No refunds・ If you traded or were gifted the design you cannot resell it as it lost monetary value.・ Reselling the design is permitted but not for a higher price unless commissioned art is included. Please let me know who the new owner is!・ Do not purchase my designs if your only intention is to make profit (without purchasing commercial usage), resell, or raffle it.・ If you have purchased a design from me please don't share the unwatermarked image publicly on any other social media. Instead please upload the watermarked version to discourage theft and thieves who resell.・ If you have purchased a design you are allowed to make minor changes as long as the design is still recognizable as the original. Please do not make the edits on my own art. I may not always be available to make modifications so please ask. If I accept there will be a modification fee depending on what will be modified and/or added on.・ If you are bidding on my design please bid seriously. Do not retract your bids or you will be blacklisted.・ If you have won an auction or claimed a design you must pay within 24 hours. You may be blacklisted if payment hasn't been made by then and the design will go to the next highest bidder / buyer who is interested OR the whole auction might be redone.・ If payment plan has been agreed upon you must pay a 50% down payment first. Please be punctual with due dates. This is crucial as I may not want to offer payment plans to you again if you miss the due date. That said, I may not always offer payment plans due to scam or time sensitivity, but feel free to ask via DMs either way BEFORE you bid / claim on a design.・ Commercial fees are 100% / 200% of the original price of the design depending on purpose.

Commission TOS

・ You, the Client, will be expected to first read my TOS. By purchasing my services you agree on all following conditions.・ I will refuse your commission if you do not read and / or follow these terms.・I reserve the right to decline any sale or commission. I may do so with or without elaborating the reason to the buyer or commissioner・ I will decline you if you use generative AI, whether as your banner or profile pic and the like as I am against AI.・Commission forms are only accepted through Google Forms unless stated otherwise.

・You are commissioning me for MY style only.・ You may not claim the product as your own and must credit and link back to me.・ Payment first to avoid scams.・ You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.・Please provide a full and high res reference sheet of your character(s). I do not accept written character descriptions or image boards, that will be considered a custom character design which I charge more for.・ I will only permit full refunds if I have not started on your commission. If some work has been done, such as lineart or half colored, you will be given a partial refund.・ I am allowed to post commissions as examples on other media / platforms.・ Any form of harassment, bribing, or bargain attempt for prices is not tolerated and may result in a blacklist. My prices are final and non negotiable.・ If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process. I reserve the right to charge an NDA fee if I deem fit.・The NDA fee usually starts at +5% of the total quote, but it might differ. The bigger the project the bigger the fee.・Once your commission is complete and to your satisfaction, you may not ask for any future changes.・ I permit max three revisions. any more are subject to a fee. €5 - €15 depending on complexity.・ Clients are not permitted to use any part of their commissioned work for AI, cryptocurrencies and NFTs. Association with the work and said tokens is strictly prohibited.・ Tips are always greatly appreciated!

Regarding Commercial Usage

・ If you, the client, wish to order a commission for commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.・ The minimum price increase 100% of the original price, meaning double the end sum. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit.・ Commissions involving vtuber illustrative work are automatically subject to the 100% fee unless not posted or used publicly at all.・ Commercial fees are 100% / 200% of the original price of the commission depending on purpose.・ I charge a +100% commercial fee for any usage including but not limited to vtuber cms, graphics, covers, promotional artwork.・ For entire merchandise usage, a commercial fee of +200%・ By commissioning me for my services, you have read and agreed to all terms stated above.
